The initial nicenstripy franchise Induction Course last for a minimum of 4 weeks depending upon your requirements. At the end of the initial training you will be industry qualified in a number of skill areas including PA1 & PA6 spraying qualifications.

Your training does not stop there, however, we will encourage you to continue with your gardening education and qualifications. Each year the nicenstripy franchise holds courses which franchisees are encouraged to attend. Further industry recognised qualifications can be achieved depending upon how you wish to develop your business. Some franchisees, for example, have decided to add tree surgery to their business model and have tree surgery qualified personnel within their business. Others have specialised in laying patios and block paving, in addition to their core business of cutting lawns and lawn care. Whatever your desires are, nicenstripy can assist in all aspects to meet your requirements.

Of course, a few franchisees just stick to the core business and just specialise in that by attending one of the lawn care courses run each year.

Quarterly Meetings on a Saturday are held where a variety of topics are discussed in depth. Once a year all franchisees are required to attend the nicenstripy franchise National Conference which is supported by a number of suppliers, new services launched and often a training day is added for advanced qualifications.

Where either you or we identify a weakness in your business we will provide specialist support to help you improve your business overall. The open communication process of nicenstripy ensures there is always somebody willing to listen to your concerns and provide instant remedies to any situation.

Because you can project what you are likely to be doing months ahead we can assist you plan to take on new staff and even assist you when needed to interview them. We can help with business planning to acquire another van at the appropriate time or we can simply advise on starting ‘customer full list’ for those enquiries who want your service but you have no spare time to work for them at this stage. The benefit of the list is that when an existing customer moves you can commence emptying your list on a first come first served basis or when you have another van operational to help reduce your workload.

The support you receive, after the first year or so, is up to you. If you have specific queries you will know within the organisation who can best advise you and speak with them directly. Or you can wait until one of the quarterly meetings and discuss your topic at the open forum and seek everybody’s input. The choice is entirely yours.

We will not attempt to interfere in your business and will not attempt to persuade you to do something you do not want to, providing you are already following the nicenstripy systems and standards.
